The Northern Adelaide Plains will be featured on this season of Everyday Gourmet with Justine Schofield.
Viewers across Australia and the world will follow Justine as she cooks her way through the region, showcasing local products and sharing stories told by the locals.

Back in May, the Everyday Gourmet crew filmed segments for the show onsite at 36 Short, SA Mushrooms, P’Petual, and T Musolino and Co.
The first of these segments hit TV screens across the nation on Friday August 2nd. The episode starred Virginia Spirits and their range of award-winning gin and rakia, 36 Short.

The family-owned business has had an impressive journey so far, achieving significant recognition for their premium quality spirits. To date, they have won five Australian Distilled Spirits Awards and four SIP International Spirit Awards!
Co-founder Jon Lioulios shared the heartwarming story behind the name ‘36 Short’, which is a tribute to their beloved father’s suit size.
Justine then goes onto create a stunning dish (pictured below), using the new 36 Short Rhubarb Gin to cure fresh South Australian kingfish. You can get the full recipe here.
