Last week, the Northern Adelaide Plains Food Cluster had the privilege of attending the HortConnections conference in Adelaide.
As one of the largest horticulture conferences in Australia and New Zealand, it brought together industry experts from around the world.
The conference was an excellent networking opportunity to make valuable connections with national bodies such as Ausveg, DEWR, Harvest Trail, PALM scheme, DrumMuster and Protective Cropping Australia.
It was also a great opportunity for the Cluster to catch up with local growers, discussing current projects and future engagements.
Through networking with national bodies, engaging with growers and witnessing the innovative solutions from Agtech companies, the Cluster acquired new knowledge and insights that will help us make a positive impact to the future success of the Northern Adelaide Plains food industry.
