The third Northern Adelaide Plains segment on Everyday Gourmet has just aired and it’s made us pretty hungry.
P’Petual has featured on Everyday Gourmet with Justine Schofield. The episode showcases the expansive extent of P’Petual’s glorious, vibrant vines and state-of-the-art greenhouses.
You can just imagine how incredible those fresh tomatoes smell coming straight off the vine!

The Buckland Park-based producer grows eggplants, mini cucumbers, and several varieties of tomatoes that are sold in many supermarkets across Australia. They’re actually one of Australia’s largest greenhouse growers, so there’s a good chance you’ve enjoyed their premium veggies at some point.
After learning about P’Petual’s growing techniques, Justine uses freshly picked eggplant and tomatoes to create Eggplant Salsa with Burrata. You can visit the recipes page and recreate it - bonus points if you use veggies from P’Petual!
